I hate white light....its stark, ugly, and crude. Its ok for wal-mart...but I think it should be otherwise banned!!! I hate it, I hate it, I hate it!!!!!!

But it has its advantages I guess. What would you do with soft light in the kitchen?
well...yeah there is so much of white light in India....but it grates on my nerves...I dont even mind flouroscents with a mild yellow tinge. We use white light in task areas because yellow light is cozy and can sort of lull u...but the intensity of yellow light can be just as high...it jus depends on the lux levels!!! And of course the colour rendering properties of yellow light is closest to natural light. Hence my preference :D
